Vision Rehabilitation – Low Vision

The Center for Vision Rehabilitation is a specialty low vision clinic that works in conjunction with area optometrists and ophthalmologists.

Dr. Asma Khan, residency-trained in low vision and ocular disease, assesses the needs and goals of patients and tailors programs unique to each individual. At CVR, we appreciate the emotional gravity of some of the conditions low vision patients face, and while we encourage realistic expectations, our main objective is to improve the quality of life for these patients. A person need not be visually impaired in order to benefit from the services offered at The Center for Vision Rehabilitation. Dr. Khan also prescribes devices for visual enhancement in individuals whose hobby or vocation is visually demanding, such as painters, dentists, and surgeons.
